Safeguarding

All children, young people and vulnerable adults have the right to live their lives to the fullest potential, to be protected, and to be treated with dignity and respect. All staff and volunteers who come into contact with children or vulnerable adults have a responsibility to safeguard and promote their welfare and should know what to do if they have concerns about a child or vulnerable adult. Waypoint Church has both a moral and legal obligation to ensure a duty of care for children, young people and vulnerable adults. Our Safeguarding Policy outlines how we put this into action. If you have any queries or concerns please get in contact with our Safeguarding Lead.
