Box of Hope is a national network of churches that are providing emergency care packages for children and families in their community. Waypoint Church is doing this in partnership with TLG from whom they have received a small starter grant, but mainly rely upon kind donations
In recognition that the needs of families in need go beyond food insecurity, it includes activities and treats to combat boredom and aid mental well-being. In addition, a Box of Hope is an opportunity to connect with someone from the local Church in your community who cares – perhaps this is the greatest provision of all, at this time.

We are open to referrals from schools, pre-schools, social work, health visitors and other professionals. The TLG definition of ‘eligible’ includes any child or family known to you to be ‘at risk of holiday hunger’.
